I've had an original two seater outhouse for about 25 years, and it is falling apart now, ready for trash I guess, but I wanted to let you all know that the woodchucks, and squirrels loved the outhouse, and were constantly tunneling all around it to get up inside of it. I have had to quit displaying in it because the ground was so soft and collapsable inside and around the base outside. Nothing I did kept the groundhogs/woodchucks from burrowing under it. Stakes, cement pads, wire, yuck, that I will not miss. I have taken off the door to save it, as well as the two hole seat, and plan on cutting the top off to try and use some place. So just beware that animals love their own housing too.....and they can be pesty & damaging.
