I used waterproof E6000. It seems to work best for all my outdoor projects. I live in the Northwest where we get lots of rain, so yes I do bring in some of my mosaic projects. If left outside around here the grout starts to crack even after sealing. Thanks for asking.

Terri there are awesome books on how to do mosaics. I know I bought one and I’ve not made one yet. Ha! But seeing these great ideas has me wanting to get it out and make something. Beautiful artwork. I bet utube has how too ‘ s also as they have everything. Enjoy! Susan

Thank you for your kind comment. My Cinderella top is an plastic mannigan bust that they use to display tops in a store. I mosaiced it with broken china and hung it above my tea rose bush. She gets allot of looks because it is right in my front yard. My mosaic steps leads up to my get away. It is where I do all my outdoor crafts and I’m surrounded by nature. It’s just so peaceful!

Thank you Cookie. I took a class on how to mosaic many years ago and walked out of the class not knowing anymore than I already knew. I was very upset that I paid big bucks for a 8×10 piece of wood that the teacher had us glue glass pieces on. From there she told us here is the directions on how to grout and finish your project. So I had to do my own research and teach myself. If I was close to you I would love to show you.
