I think anything you have a vision for is ” ok” in a flea market garden. That’s what makes them special….I have been seeing bicycles, galvanized tubs, and old chairs painted white in folks gardens, ( some were “roughed” up by rubbing with steel wool after paint dried to give it that old look)
