Give birds some class with this easy project using only a few items. A vintage or ‘only’ teacup and saucer, glue and a lightweight metal tube. Linda Gladman shows us the simple instructions.

Linda used an upended bud vase in aqua milk glass to form a base.  A thin rod can be pounded into the soil and the vase slips over it to hold it.
