The pots are filled with soil, pressed firmly down and filled in with flowers. Accents can be added to the top pot. Emily says, ” I need to add a pot at the top or something else…I’m going to get a pot within the next few days to paint and place up there..
Gather up pots, soil mix, a sturdy metal stake and flowers. Thread the pole thru the pots as you stack them, filling each one with soil.

Paulette glued small tiles from the home store onto these pots and then grouted them for a checkerboard design. Clever!
