Jane Krauter loves gardening! And she is a wonderful photographer. Those two activities together, combined with her talent for creating garden ‘still lifes’ with her photos, tell the story of her garden in California. Jane has a large garden on level ground with curving lines and planting areas that she changes from time to time. You’ll see she has a few recycled and rustic treasures she sprinkles in to ‘decorate.’
Let’s peek in at her gardening progress…
Jane says, “I was excited about having a tree & large bush pruned. Now I’m wondering; WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO? I’ll be busy digging up roots, laying drip-lines, etc. I have no idea where to start with the plants & flowers.”
…One early morning, Jane goes out to the garden like she often does,…in her robe! Jane!
Jane had a garden party for her church women’s group which has a Facebook page, NewCovWomen. I hear it was loads of fun!
Jane lives and gardens in Central California and has been a member of Flea Market Gardening since the very first months it existed! She and her husband have two children and her daughter recently was married, keeping Jane very busy this spring. Not too busy to do a bit of weeding and planting in her own garden…
