‘Fall into Flea Market Gardening’ Photo Contest

Winners revealed!

September 22
Happy Fall, Flea Market Gardeners!  Autumn is here!  After such a long hot summer it’s fun to ‘Fall’ in to FMG!  The judging has taken place and the winners chosen!  All the photos were wonderful and inspiring and I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot of inspired photos spinning off of this fabulous album.  Honorable Mentions have also been noted!

First Place – Carolyn Hart Gutierrez who photographed her garden chair is a luscious melon color, with an arrangement of fall plants and flowers in the seat.

Second Place – Annie Grossart-Steen with her Welcome Fall scene with sunflowers, pitchfork and crow.

Third Place – Daina Miller photographed a darling pumpkin hatted girl, quite surprised and surrounded by late marigolds.

Fourth Place – Lark Leibundgut Kulikowski’s photo evokes an eerie feeling with late season fall leaves, spooky metal flowers and bright blue bottles lining her garden path.

Our own, artist, Stephie McCarthy, has created our new Fall Banner with our winners (in no particular order) an adorable bird, but see our fox, ‘Rusty?’  He’s still there somewhere!

Sept 20 – Contest Closed!  Check back here for the Winners to be posted  September 22nd!

#2 some form of flea market item, rust, or junkola.
#3 It can be taken at any time, but must be taken by you.

Post it on our Facebook page Wall starting now, September 10th, 2012!

The contest photos will be collected in a “Fall into Flea Market Gardening!” album on our FMG facebook page and in a slide show here on this page.

Winners will be chosen by a team of active flea folk from our page.

Winners will be chosen in First, Second, Third, and Fourth place and those photos will be used in our header photos for the Autumn season.

Winners will be chosen on September 22nd, the first day of Autumn and posted here and on our Facebook page!  Super  Fun!!!  Check back here for updates!
